Roscelle Minoza, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Founder
Roscelle has been a fountain of compassion, empathy, and integrity since an early age. She has also had a lifelong fascination with the inner workings of the mind. For her, pursuing a career in the mental health field seemed natural, as it provided the perfect opportunity to use her innate gifts to help others find healing and hope.

For nearly a decade, Roscelle has gained a combination of diverse experiences including: mental health crisis stabilization, inpatient psychiatry, addiction medicine, acute inpatient rehabilitation, medical-surgical nursing, and neurology. Throughout her nursing career, she has earned a reputation for her exceptional bedside manner, unparalleled customer service, and remarkable ability to diffuse intense situations with patients experiencing a mental health crisis. She has also devoted time to volunteering with non-profit organizations dedicated to providing mental health support and basic essentials for the homeless and underserved.

These experiences ultimately inspired Roscelle to found Mindshift Psychiatry—a practice built on her belief that true healing begins when patients feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered.
Her vision was to create a space where compassionate, personalized, and stigma-free mental healthcare could thrive—bridging clinical excellence with human connection.

Roscelle earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing with specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Regis College (Weston, MA), graduating with the highest honors.
She is board-certified and credentialed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). In her free time, she enjoys interior decorating, scenic drives, and spending quality time with her family.

Jace Jaramillo, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Jace's path into mental health was shaped by both personal and spiritual influences. Growing up with family members who faced mental health challenges gave him a deep appreciation for the importance of compassionate care. His study and practice of Buddhism and Hinduism further inspired him to serve others with presence, respect, and empathy.
Guided by the belief to “love everyone and serve everyone,” he approaches each patient with dignity, compassion, and care. He began his nursing career as a Registered Nurse on a medical-surgical neurology unit, where he developed a strong foundation in patient care for over five years.
Jace went on to earn his MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Touro University and later completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
As a dual-certified FNP-BC and PMHNP-BC, he provides holistic care across the lifespan, blending medical knowledge with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Colleagues know Jace as approachable and dependable, while patients describe him as calm, attentive, and supportive.
He believes in creating a safe and trusting environment for healing, where every individual feels respected and valued. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and hiking—especially spending time in the mountains, where he finds peace and solitude.
